        Requested a Quote to have a Ventilation Fan installed with very specific instructions for what I wanted. The technicians that did the site inspection were very pleasant and understood what I wanted. However when I received the quote someone else from the company insisted on up selling me on the equipment that i specifically said I didnt want and also insisted on core drilling my foundation rather than going through the rim joist, which also added significant cost. When I asked for the quote to be redone to reflect what Id asked for they ghosted me, but not without charging me for the quote that never received! Thanks for nothing!
