This was the first time I saw an agent this rude and unprofessional! If you are tired or don't like to answer people's questions, simply get a day off. I'm pretty sure it helps. Update: BrokerLink replied under this review that someone from their team will get in touch to check the issue. No surprise that no one contacted me and they deleted their reply! Hey BrokerLink, for how long do you keep the recorded phone calls?

Called to get a quote went through the automated system then got someone who said they would transfer me to someone who could do that. Ended up being transfered to someone in billing who then said they would transfer me to the right person. Waited 4 minutes on hold with no hold music. 10 minutes from when I called and not even sure I am heading to the right person to get a quote. I will just go elsewhere to get a quote.

I would highly recommend Archway insurance for all your insurance needs. For the past 10 years they have helped us find the best coverage for both our home and auto insurance.
