Handles Economical Insurance which is tardy in clearing policy. Cancelling my moms apparent insurance after her passing was a nightmare. Took over 2.5 months. Actually still not any credit back as yet.

We unfortunately didn't have the greatest customer experience with this company yet still do have a policy with them. Our mortgage team needed one simple document from the BrokerLink agent and it took almost 10 days of calls and emails to get it sent over. If we had time before closing to cancel our application with BrokerLink we would have but they put us in a bind by waiting and waiting and waiting for one document that we had no time to change providers.

no personal care at all, just an email and they never followed up with anything,left and went to another company after 40 years I might add truly disappointed

This was the first time I saw an agent this rude and impatient! If you are tired or don't like to answer people's questions, simply get a day off. I'm pretty sure it helps.

I have been a client of this company for 7 years, clean driving history and have always paid my bills. This year the company switched insurance providers and plans without informing their customers. My new plan was $100 dollars more a month, that they automatically locked me into. They blamed this on their "auto-renew" policy. I believe an auto renew policy should only be used for the same provider and policy from the previous year, not a new provider and policy. I received a quote from my bank today with a much cheaper insurance plan (exact same policies). I called BrokerLink looking for an explanation of my new plan, and an option for them to match my new offer. Not only could they not match my new offer, but they wouldn't move me to another insurance plan which they quoted me for without paying a $200 cancellation fee! They told that I was not the only one locked into a new plan with them and there was nothing they could do about the fee. I then asked to speak with a manager which Amanda refused to let me speak to. At this point, I just wanted out of this corrupt company. Amanda then sends me a link to my email with a cancellation form to sign. No where on that form did it mention the cancellation fee, after asking her for clarification about the fee, she said that the $200 previously stated was just an estimate and that she could not confirm the fee until after I signed. She did verbally confirm that the fee would not be over $169.99.... I couldn't believe they were again making me consent to something without all the details presented to me. I could no longer support this company and their practices, so I signed the cancellation form. Hoping that the fee is what they say. The worst customer service I have ever received.
