I told them I can arrange payment 2 days after the due date. Instead of taking my payment 2 days late they cancelled my policy and left me unable to get insurance anywhere else. They will black list you and make derogatory marks on your insurance profile if you don't pay on the exact date they demand. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!

I called Stanhope-Simpson after having a very difficult time and getting the run around by a couple of larger national insurance companies. Christine was very understanding and was able to work with me to solve the personal home insurance related pickle I was in. On top of that she gave very frank, honest advice around insurance policies. 10/10 recommendation, would highly recommend for anyone looking for home insurance.

I have never has an insurance company with such good communication. I am not waiting weeks for something to be done, it gets done the day I inquire about. I dealt with Christine and she is wonderful to work with. Great service.
