Archer's Edge Luxury Camping - Judique, Inverness County, N.S. We worked with Paul Wildy (Nova Digital) on our Website. He did vast work on our SEO campaign and updated many of our pages. He also made a great improvement in our Google rankings updating the page title etc. Even just a few small changes certainly made an extreme difference in our searches and improved our rankings considerably. This has increased our bookings already. He also helped create our Booking Tools/widget which greatly improved our website. A positive social media reputation works wonders in terms of occupancy. Technology has shifted the balance of power toward guests, and hosts as ourselves have no option but to work harder to match customer expectations.. He helped us make it possible to customize interactions with guests, send automated emails to guests as required, and do more less effort as we are only a small business. We have to maximize our accommodation online presence and increase direct sales. Mr. Wildy was always available - on short notice for any requests/concerns that we had. I have just completed a consultation with Paul Wildy of Nova Digital, who over the past couple of months helped improve our website presentation and content and SEO, and put together concepts and a plan for our social media advertising for the coming year. Paul was a pleasure to work with, responsive to our original brief and to a few unanticipated things that came up along the way. Our company Halls Harbour Lobster Pound engaged the services of Nova Digital through a grant offered by the Tourism Digital Asiistance program. Paul created a completely new website for inside of the Shopify platform. He set up the site so that we could enable customers to order lobsters online and have them shipped across Canada. Throughout the process Paul was extremely helpful guiding us through something that was foreign to us. Communication and organisation was excellent. Paul at Nova Digital has helped us step up our online game and get seen. We knew with COVID hitting us and in this day and age we needed to have a better online presence and needed help getting there. Nova Digital redesigned our website and grew our online presence by leaps and bounds. Our website traffic has increased immensely! Paul is really great to work with and always spots details that we wouldn't have noticed. He is always available for help when you need it.
