Good cheap internet, but they refuse to let you disconnect. 3 hours on the phone. Sent email heard nothing and continued to charge me

Unfortunately I can't call them to port my service to another address. The phone keeps disconnecting. It took calling ten or twelve times in a row to get through each time I was able to speak with someone. On the rare occasion that I do get through, one time the service agent named Jaysa wasn't able to spell my name and find my account despite spelling it for her five times and stated she couldn't connect me with a supervisor without finding my account and would have to hang up on me and did!, four other times I was promised a call back as the front line service reps can't help with porting your address. Unfortunately I didn't receive a call back any of those times. I will call my credit card company to charge back the services and will have to choose another company for internet. It is unfortunate that this company has outsourced it's customer service as I have been with the company for five years. They used to have some of the best customer service. At this point I would rate them a zero if that rating was available.
