I cannot say enough good things about the excellent customer service and amazing staff. We went in looking to get some heirloom jewelry brought back to life, and instead of sending it for a full restoration (we were on a tight timeline) they were able to clean them in store and I couldn't believe how amazing they looked! I am so excited to be able to incorporate my husband's grandparents rings into our ceremony this weekend. I was also able to pick up a beautiful and unique pair of earrings to gift my aunt who is making our cake. The staff gift wrapped them and the presentation is stunning! I will be recommending FireWorks Gallery to everyone for their jewelry needs. Thank you so much to everyone who helped us today!

Would've given shop a 5 as dealt with 2 sales people both very professional, knowledgeable and personable. The loss of the 2 stars is down to the manager was dismissive, condescending and unprofessional.
