They say you can get a 5% discount if you complete your quote online but every time I've tried to do so I get an error that tells me to call; asked my girlfriend to try and she gets the same error. Finally I called and then you get to spend 10 minutes on the phone going through the automated system followed by 45 minutes of someone reading out all the information you just completed online. Completed it and realized that I didn't get my 5% discount because I was forced to call to complete it. Tried calling again -same 10 minutes of automated garbage- and was told I'd have to cancel the one I had just done and try it again. The worse part is now I have insurance with these people...
