The lady that helped me today was amazing and went above and beyond today to be able to help me out. I cant remember her name for the life of me now she was by herself with back to back appointments and made time to be able to do what she did for me. Thank you so much.

Everything was fine until Tom began his lies and unfulfilled promises. When confronted about this he back peddles and tries to manipulate his way out of a situation. He is combative, rude, and needs serious coaching on basic customer service. I was willing to work with the manager and was only supposed to be dealing with her. When calling to speak with her , Tom answers, says she's in a meeting , I ask a time frame on when I can call back, now he says she's out all week. There are better ways to handle calls and at this point I am done with easy financial. Not to mention that Tom signed up some insurance on my loan that I specifically asked not to have, his response, just sign and we can remove it later, it doesn't get removed and I have to go in , in person and do it myself
