Ive been going to Sara for prenatal messages and she is the best! Very relaxing experience and her massages have really helped with hip and back pain in my third trimester. Highly recommend!

My massages with Sara were great. She has a comfortable set up with adjustable supports to accommodate any body shape and a growing pregnancy belly. Her wealth of knowledge about how to treat/help the wide range of pregnancy aches and pains came through in every session. I would definitely recommend her to any pregnant friends and anyone looking for a pregnancy-centred massage experience.

Sara is truly amazing. I came the first time for a post-partum massage and it was so nice. I keep trying to see her every one or tow month and she has helping me a lot with her massages so far. I really recommend her and her magic hands.

My only regret is not having found Sara sooner in my pregnancy! She's created a beautiful, cozy, easily accessible space with the most comfortable set up for pregnancy. She addressed every concern I came in for within two treatments. As a fellow RMT who has experienced many treatment styles, I can confidently say Sara's is one of the best. Her passion and knowledge is informative and empowering. I'll definately be back!

Caring professional, skilled and friendly. Best massage I've had here in halifax. Comfortable and relaxing environment. I highly recommend her for pregnant and non-pregnant women.
