Burrito Jax

The food is good, but I have had three occasions where they have provided awful service. The staff here always seem annoyed that youre in the restaurant. Last night they charged me the wrong amount. I paid and didnt realize until I looked at the receipt that they had overcharged me. I showed them the receipt, and they agreed I overpaid. I asked them to refund me the additional amount, and they said they could do nothing. I asked if they could make one of the meals a combo (drink & chips), and they said no. A combo still would have cost less than what I paid. They took my email and told me the owner would contact me, but I have not heard anything. I highly recommend supporting Tako Loko over this establishment. The food is better, they provide excellent service, and you support a family business that cares about its customers.

Horrible. Very expensive for a handful of food in a shell.

There was mistake on my take out order once from a new employee and I called the store and the owner remade my order and delivered it himself. Great customer service, always great food.

I dont usually post reviews but I had to for this time bc I was utterly disappointed. I went to this exact burrito jax for the second time. First time the owner prepared the order for me and he was nice and the portion sizes were great but this time I got the quesadilla with negligible amounts of meat, veggies and cheese. I understand that theyre there to make profits but I wouldnt wanna spend $20 for literally no beans, no veggies, no cheese and no meat.
