Western Union Agent Location

What a disaster and waste of time. This is located inside Walmart, and the employee didn't even seem to know what Western Union is. After asking other employees, they started adding and deleting things from my account, and luckily I stopped them before it was too late. They also couldn't finalize my transaction, so I just left disappointed.

If I could give a no star rating to Western Union I would. I did not go to a location so local businesses should not be included in with this review. But, I just tried to send a money transfer to a friend in the states. The money transfer I tried to do was online through Western Union directly. I was interrogated on the phone like I was a criminal. I was sending around 50 USD from Canada to the United states. They were asking for every detail and grilled me on why I didnt use my name in my email address. She told me at the end that I was not approved. When I asked why, she told me I wasnt allowed to know why. This was demoralizing, humiliating, and quite rude. My credit is in good standing and have successfully used paypal as a means for sending money to family and friends without the interrogation tactics. I will never use western union again. Terrible customer service and terrible business practices. On the other end, if you want to go through boot camp to send money, this may be the company for you. Never again WU.
