I first reached out to Karen a year ago to start the process of buying a home. I recently just closed on a home. Karen has been supporting me along the entire way making sure I have all of my ducks in a row. Without her I dont think I would have been able to close on the property on time! Karen is truly unique in her ability to make you feel special. I've read dozens of reviews and recommendations of mortgage brokers, and Karen's name comes up every time. Every recommendation seems to have the same overall themes - Karen is very responsive, and treats you with the utmost respect and professionalism. For the last almost 6 years, my wife and I have dealt with Karen. From our first home purchase, to our first renewal, and now to the purchase of our second home. Mortgages, bridge loans, buy and sell - all of that stuff is way more complicated than I imagined, but Karen didn't make us feel dumb at any point. She gracefully guided us through the process, and made sure we understood each step clearly. If we ever thought of any questions, she was snappy to respond every single time. It made me wonder after reading so many other reviews, how it's possible that so many of us have glowing recommendations of her, but yet each of us truly feels like we're the only client in her world. If anyone were to ask me who I would recommend for a mortgage broker, there will always only be one answer: Karen Millington. Every interaction with her is pleasant and kind. During the most stressful times of buying and selling a home, she was a breath of fresh air, as she had an almost calming effect, and took care of us - far beyond the call of duty.
