Fantastic customer service! I brought my keyboard in for repairs today and mentioned that this was the 3rd time that I was experiencing the issue. Kevin went out of his way to help me and I was able to swap my current keyboard for a new one of the same model.

My 8 year old son currently has an electric drum kit but he has been doing very well so we decided to go shopping to upgrade to an acoustic set. Called the store in advance and they told us there was no problem. To come try them out. Showed up in store with my son and was immediately dismissed. Before he even had a set of sticks in his hand, he was instructed that he can't play on them. After the associate's rude and dismissive attitude, I explained to the associate that we are indeed shopping. How can we be expected to make a purchase if he can't hit the drums? Left the store and took our business elsewhere. I understand if you dont want people off the street walking into the store to hit the drums but, in this case, the problem wasn't the message. It was how the message was conveyed. Poor customer service.
