I Had a consultation with Dr Kathy Russell in July and was greeted at the office by rude, unwelcoming receptionists. This attitude was equaled by Dr Russell herself, whom made passive aggressive comments about my facial hair being in the way of her being able to "fully tell" if I had a jaw problem, and being sure to bring up the imperfections of my teeth due to a childhood of infrequent dentist visits (which I was hoping to pay her handsomely to fix... Not sure what she expected?). She then sent me on a wild goose chaw for periodontal surgery that the periodontist confirmed on multiple occasions was absolutely unnecessary, and then cancelling my next follow up appointment with her for unknown reasons. Don't worry, Dr. Russell, I didn't want to give you my business any more than you seemed to want it. Another doctor with a friendly attitude in the area has already started my treatment and I couldn't be happier! I would never recommend this woman, her ethics are vile and she needs a few courses in customer service.
