Highly recommend Thomas! The recent transition to home working has resulted in me being much less mobile - unfortunately resulting in some serious back pain. Thomas is knowledgeable and takes time to explain the treatment. I had neck pain from a whiplash injury which caused ongoing headaches. After treatment my neck pain and headaches were significantly reduced. The stretches and exercises I learned from Thomas have also enabled me to self-manage any continuing pain. Definitely recommend!

Thomas is excellent and very knowledgeable. His instructions and explanations are very easy to understand. He helped me be pain free when I had chronic digestive issues after many years of trying different treatments. He has also helped me relieve back and hip pain. He has many great stretches and exercises that help improve mobility. I would highly recommend going to him for any pain you have.

Tom is a well mannered, professional gentleman. I had pains in my back from my desk job and he is the first person that has ever managed to ease the pain. Very thoughtful and looks to address the root cause of the problem instead of just treating your symptoms.
