Puchh Puchh Pet Lovers Point and Pet Grooming

I took my dog here and liked the prices but when I call to make an appointment nobody answers. There's also been multiple times when they're closed even though they're supposed to be open. This place is obviously run by people who don't know how to operate a business.

Went in for the first time today and was greeted by the head groomer, Alexandria. She was very friendly and showed interest in my pets as well as being helpful. Both staff members were very nice and they had a neat selection of dog toys that I hadn't seen before. Will definitely be back!

Took my cat here for the first time yesterday to have her nails trimmed and paws shaved, and they did an excellent job. It's also a lot closer than my previous groomers. I will be back in a few months to have her fur trimmed. Will let you know how that turns out. Also someone complained about it being hot in the store. I think maybe it's because the sun was pouring in. Maybe heavier blinds? Great job ladies.
