Totally Raw Pet Food and Treatery

Product (food topper) contained hard sharp objects. Some were large enough they did not pass through the holes causing it to back up. I opened the lid to see the issue and found hard sharp objects inside. I was informed by a person who takes complaints that it was over dehydrated liver making it so hard. I was also informed it was a "Personal Problem" and that dogs chew bones so it should be no issue. I have a hard time feeding a small breed sharp, pointed, hard objects when it is suppose to be a tiny crumble. 0% Satisfaction with product and customer service.

Love the food deals every week and that pretty much always shop here little hiccup tonight new years eve. My bad for not being on it but also says they're open till 6 pm tried calling a couple times no answer at about 530, all good drive down its like 10 minutes to 6 they're closed check the holidays hours sign closed new years day but nothing about closing early or being closed new years eve don't know what happened there little frustrating though
