Re Nat Home Renters

I had inquired to rent a property from ReNat Home Renters. Kirke responded quickly and professionally. He was very accommodating in scheduling a time to meet and view the house. The property was well keep, freshly painted and cleaned. Application was straight forward and processed in a timely manner. Due to a school district issue I had to withdraw my application and he returned my deposit the following day without issue or hassle. I hope the property managers I end up are half as wonderful to deal with as he was.

Very unprofessional. He didnt call to cancel a viewing, sent an email less than an hour before, when we had already arrived to the scheduled appointment. We rescheduled, and before we had entered the house, he told us that he wouldnt rent to us based on our age/gender. I would avoid doing business with this company like the plague.

Extremely unprofessional. We had arrived for our viewing only to find out he had cancelled without a phone call but rather email an hour prior. We then rescheduled and had to make other arrangements for our appointment. Once we arrived for our second attempt at viewing this house, before we entered the house he had informed us that he would not rent to us based on our gender and age. Complete waste of time and I highly recommend avoid using this company at all costs.

Extremely unprofessional. Kirke rescheduled our viewing less than an hour before via email, rather than calling. When arriving for the viewing the second time Kirke proceeded to tell us he would not rent to us based on age and gender. we did not get to see the house. Considering other peoples time seems to be an afterthought in his mind. Very unprofessional, avoid doing business with this company and individual.

**Deplorable**. Beware of ReNat Home Renters. - On the day of our viewing, Kirke proceeded to the wrong house (mistakes happen...). Concerns arose when he begrudgingly allowed us to view the originally requested property. Unfortunately, Kirke also lost the house keys, thereby not allowing us a viewing at all (...we both took the afternoon off of work). He did not provide us with a second opportunity to view the residence. On multiple occasions, Kirke has withheld information over the phone, or has outright lied to us. - These lies include the length of potential lease, availability dates, listings for sale as well as friendliness toward animals. - He has refused to put us in touch with his managers. When we reluctantly made arrangements to have our dog live with family nearby (therapy animal), we were hopeful that our application would be considered. Kirke ignored our application. - After I inquired as to it's status I was informed in writing that "I didn't reply as we will not accept your application." We have been nothing but polite and professional in our interactions with Kirke. Meanwhile, Kirke has been rude, deceitful and unprofessional. Look elsewhere for your property needs.
