Emailed in May, was told rent started at $1750 a month, now when you go on their website the starting rate is $1950 a month. What changed to go up 11% a month? The response I got was its the banks that set the price. Hilarious PR statement. Also the building is ugly with no side windows and in a very loud area with DnD behind it, superstore next store(constant trucks in and out) and canada post processing plant across the street(trucks enter from young street).And good luck sitting on your balcony with the young street wind tunnel. So much greed everywhere these days. Young Street is a busy street with lots of traffic and commercial spaces on the outskirts of the city.
