        STAY AWAY FROM THEM. They'll do everything they can to screw you over, charge you with cleaning fees (with or without an inspection), lie about power bills, never respond to you, and will rob you from your damage deposit. They are THE WORSE, DO NOT SIGN A LEASE WITH THEM.
