Robyns practices are impactful. Because of Robyn, I can function after abuse and even operate in high business. I am a great mum to my kids and my unhelpful old triggers and behaviours (such as people pleasing and anxiety) are no longer there. If they are... i know how to manage them amd understand fully where they come from.
