As first time homebuyers, me and my girlfriend had a lot of questions about the process. Patti took time and helped us understand how to buy a house. She carefully went over every detail with us so there was no surprises in the process. We knew what would be happening 5 steps ahead. Patti worked tirelessly with us in our home search, and we just closed on our first house with her help :) Patti is a friendly and experienced realtor, with lots of home renovation experience to share as well. With the housing market how it is in Halifax right now, we had lots of ups and downs. We would see a house, get our hopes up, start to see our lives there, make an offer and then lose out to a cash offer or someone bidding $200,000 over asking. Patti was there to help us through it all and she was always patient and kind with our many questions. She was always quick to reply to emails, and made time to show us the houses we wanted to see. Once we had an offer accepted, she helped us so much with the home buying process, since it was our first time. She offered so much reassurance along the way. We highly recommend Patti as your next realtor. You won't be disappointed!!!
