        Weve been without heat since Thursday (5 days!!!) and they havent done ANYTHING to remedy the problem. The maintenance guy and property owner were here today to check things out and I have yet to receive a reponse to my inquiry about whats going on. Our fence has also been broken for a year with multiple promises to fix it without anyone ever following through. This is the worst company EVER. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!!

        We recently left our property in Halifax at the end of May and have not received our deposit back ($2000). We moved into a comoltco disaster and spent 3 days cleaning the mess so we could move in, had many maintenance issued which were never resolved, the property manager blocked my number, and there was countless times where the police had to show up to deal with Tennant's in the basement. Never rent from this company! They are hands down the biggest pain the the ass that I have ever deltd with.
