Kim Stewart is the friend of a friend of mine, so I immediately knew when he recommended her as a realtor for my first solo home purchase that I was going to like her - and I wasn't wrong. Kim is a busy gal (because she is really great at what she does), but always makes time to answer questions and thoroughly educate. She was quick to turn on her heel and leave properties she wouldn't live in herself, and as a woman looking for a property to live in alone, I appreciated her candour in these situations. Her experience with Dartmouth and area real estate was really evident, and I ended up buying the perfect house based on all her knowledge and coaching.
