I've never had an issue with the staff, they are nice and accommodating. However the app is never compatible with what the store serves. There have been a couple times when I've made an order on the app, only to show up to an incomplete order because the app doesn't reflect what the location is actually able to serve. This is 100% on the app and not the store or its workers. The app needs to be able to reflect what the workers are capable of doing. If you're looking to order it's worth it to stand in line so you can see what they have as the app isn't accurate.

I was waiting at the register to be served. Understandably, the cashier was serving someone/getting their coffee ready. But an employee came from the back area and rang themselves a large Ice Capp, while I was waiting to be served! Doesnt seem like good customer service to serve yourself before someone else, especially in front of them.

Asked the staff to heat the pastry first she refused and then she put in the microwave and take it out right away it was dine in while eating it was cold and taste garbage throw it away because I feel there is no point to talk to the staff there

French vanilla cafe is my all time fav; this fancy looking donut was not sweet by the way
