Went for lunch from work. We think the waitress forgot to submit our order. We watched as others who came after us got food and we had waited for almost an hour. Finally, we asked the waitress about our food and she said it was because they were busy and the kitchen was backed up. There were six tables seated inside and four tables outside on the deck, so we felt she said that to cover her mistake. We had to go so we asked for the check for our drinks and to cancel our food order. We said we weren't happy with the service and she apologized but still charged us for the beer my friend drank while we waited. I know mistakes happen, but at least people should own up to it and offer compensation. Maybe the food is good....I wouldn't know...hope if you go there you have a better experience... UPDATE*** - We were invited back for a do-over and it was worth it. The food and service were great. Thanks for making things right! Kudos to Manager Matthew Brown!
