        I came for the beef tartare; it was amazing as usual. However, I will trade my condo for another plate of those brussels sprouts.

        Without question the best food and drinks in the maritimes. The staff is so knowledgeable about every aspect of the dining experience that even the bartender knew every step of fermentation process for just one of the hot sauces! My only concern is that I wont be able to get back again to have the brussel sprouts, tartare and gnocchi before the next menu change!
