        Kid-friendliness: We have ordered chicken wrap and bowl and noticed that the lettuce was fully spoiled and chicken was uncooked. Staff looked so irresponsible. We ordered this for kids, if this was unnoticed and would lead to health issues. This kind of quality will lead to Tims reputation and was very disappointed. This issue repeated even in the second order after notifying the staff. Please beware as this impacts the trust on Tims.
