Quinpool Shoe Repair

If I could give 0 stars I would. I brought my Birkenstocks in to be re-corked. When I went to pick them up they looked terrible. They had spray painted the straps and got spray paint all over the buckles, footbed, and Birkenstock logo on the side of the shoe. The cork was lumpy and mangled looking. The straps had not been properly glued back on and were coming off the cork. I asked them to fix them. 2 weeks go by and they dont call me, so I call them and they tell me they are ready for pickup. I go in to pick them up and they somehow look worse. They outlined the Birkenstock logo with a pen because they had spray painted over it so you can clearly see somebody with shaky hands on my shoes. My Birkenstocks are now ruined and look worse than when I brought them in. Definitely dont bring your Birkenstocks here. I dont understand why they have such high reviews.

Honest to goodness good people who are very fair with their pricing. Really appreciate what they do and how good they are at repairing all things footwear!

This shop has been AMAZING! Great work, done quickly. So far i have had heels replaced, stiching fixed, and complete soles to be done soon. Not once have i been disappointed. Its clear they strive to go above and beyond

I brought my shoes into QSR last week and they told it would take a week to repair. They called me in 4 days. Repaired with vibram soles. My shoes look amazing. Best shoe repair shop in Halifax period.
