I was recently on a work trip and was so grateful that I didnt have to worry about unwanted hair growth or shaving. @Collette you are amazing and I appreciate everything you do. I went to see Colette for laser hair removal services as well as microneedling treatments. She was both professional and courteous, and went above and beyond to help me with scheduling conflicts. I had great results with both services and would highly recommend her clinic!

The worst salon experience ever. She is EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL, rude, cancels appointments and doesnt let her clients know when shes closing the clinic due to the virus. Do not go here. Her lazer hair removal machine is terrible. I think it was the first one ever invented and I highly doubt it works properly.

I purchased a package from Total Touch and spent $385 for four sessions. Simply put, I have ZERO results after spending this money. I complained and the owner states she unfortunately "can't help me". So disappointed with not only my lack of results but also the lack of customer service...... and out hundreds of dollars.
