This place is amazing for tables and the services are above and beyond ! Prices were great , the table speaks for itself just by looking at it! Denis was amazing , on multiple occasions he drove out to my place to ensure everything was in order for the delivery and install date. I have nothing negative to say, even the delivery time was quick!

Dude knows his stuff! Came in to fix my cue and ended up buying another one too! Great selections and very niche! If youre looking for professionalism and high grade gear (as well as some decent beginner stuff). Come here. Hell set ya up.

Where do I start? Firstly, Dave the sales guy was great. Very knowledgeable on all products and very helpful. Now on to the nightmare Ordered the full gambit, 9ft pool table, upgraded all accessories, extra cues custom for my family members. This has always been a dream of mine. Was told two weeks and they could install. Two weeks went by without so much as an update. I had to start calling and emailing to find out about my order. Was told shipping was a problem and they were a week behind. Booked the second install day and no table arrived in halifax from there shipper. Booked a third install day and again, they had no idea where my shipment even was! Throughout this entire ordeal, all I was getting from the owner, Denis, was out of my control not my fault the shippers are usually good. Today was the final nail in the coffin in my eyes, was told the table was in the city somewhere but he had no idea and said maybe Monday. Nope, I was patient and understanding for a month and when I asked if we got hands on it today, Friday, can we get it installed today or tomorrow? The response was nope we have to push to Monday as he had family plans. Not great telling a customer you arent important even though you waited for a month. All in all, after a month of I dont knows I was fed up. This gets to the only other good point, he refunded 100% immediately. I have already been in touch with Pooltablesatlantic and they already feel a much better company than this one. I would recommend anyone looking for a table and install to order from above company in New Brunswick instead.
