Steele Subaru

Went into Subaru today as my lease for my Tucson was coming to an end. Walked in and wasnt greeted by anyone. Seen two salesmen sitting at their desks playing on their phones. I walked around thinking maybe they had customers out on test drives. I never seen them dealing with any customers and while leaving a few salespeople were just standing around by the reception desk and still not even a hello from a single person. The whole 15 mins I walked around not a single person asked if I needed any help or information. Wouldnt go back again if this is the type of customer service the dealership represents.

I would highly recommend coming to Steele Subaru. They were more than helpful with any and all questions I had, and providing products that were needed. Id like to give a special thanks to Sean for the amazing help that was received! He was very confident and helpful with the whole conversation we had, and helped me to get what I was looking for.

Received our new 2023 Subaru Ascent, its crazy good thats all I can say. Definitely better than my Rangrover and I love my Rangrover. Love it. And thanks to Adam and Yosef for sure

One of the friendliest dealerships I've been in. Brad, the used car manager & Rob from Finance went above and beyond to help me get into the perfect vehicle in just a short amount of time. As well as getting it serviced when needed. Would easily recommend this dealership to everyone!!
