I called the in the morning and they squeezed me in to change and balance two tires, free of charge! It took 5-10 minutes and I was on my way. I will definitely be coming back when I need my tires changed again.

Disappointed. My review will be based on customer service and best practice. I had an appointment booked Sat 9am, to replace a part as maintenance which would take 1.5hr. I was told to make sure to be back by 11:45 to pick up vehicle when it's complete. As I left with my ride to do some errands, I was called to come back to talk. When I arrived, I was told the job could not be complete due to timing, lack of resources, and I was differed to go to Cole Harbour where they have another bigger location that could handle this quoted job. I was looking forward to quality service for my vehicle, instead my time was wasted and I could've booked somewhere else a couple weeks ago if they simply could've been transparent during the booking. Upon speculation it appears they have overbooked this particular Saturday and had to drop some tasks regardless of appointment. I'm certain they provide good work, however, I will not know unfortunately and I will be differing my business elsewhere that is more considerate of their customer's time.
