This travel agent is absolutely horrible to deal with. Elayne ignores messages, and then is ignorant once you ask for a reply. It was over a week with no response to a very simple question, and I asked could you please let me know the answer, and she came back very rude and saucy. If you want a smooth trip, do not go through this agent, trust me you'll be better off!!! Never again!

Elayne, I want to express me and my families sincere gratitude for all the work that you put in to our recent trip to Cuba. We were a group of 11, family and friends who, as you know, were in anticipation of this trip for the months leading up. You are a remarkable person to work with, and I can tell you that everything you did for us went perfectly. The hotel and amenities were superb. I wouldn't recommend using Absolute Travel to book your travel arrangements. I contacted them last year for prices for an all inclusive resort and was told they would get back to me with a quote but I never heard back. I decided to try again recently and requested prices for flights and I didn't even receive a response when it showed the message was read. Definitely not a reliable travel agent.
