Excellent experience, very helpful over the phone, excellent with both cats even though one can be a bit feisty. Very reasonably priced and no pressure to have services done that we werent looking for. Made recommendations on certain things but there was no unreasonable pressure or guilting. Dr Mosher called promptly when the spay surgeries were complete to let us know the kitties were doing great and had done well with surgery which was very much appreciated. Overall a fantastic experience and would highly recommend.

Got my two kitties spayed on the same day. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Definitely some of the best rates in the city for everything; get in as a client before they stop taking new ones. Asides: timely, communicative and you can tell they really care about the health and safety of your pet.
