Arbour Square Osteopathy

I have had issues with both of my wrists and a bone spur in my back for the last couple of years. Ive tried everything I could think of to help with the pain and was at a loss of what to do next. My wife suggested going to an osteopath, which I did not know much about, so booked an appointment with Kara. After 3 sessions I have been able to do things with my hands pain free that I never thought possible only a couple months. Being able to hold my baby girl pain free now has given me so much joy again and I dont know where I would be with my recovery if not for Kara. I recommend her and osteopath as a treatment to everyone I meet who is going through pain of any kind.

My experience at Arbour Square was definitely life changing! Kara helped me with issues Ive been suffering with for years. I had never had osteopathy before so wasn't sure what to expect. The practitioners at Arbour Square are so welcoming, knowledgeable, and truly care about your health. Both myself and my dogs has received treatment and we can not recommend these ladies enough!

Dr Armstrong is awesome! My tiny papillon Pippa visited her today for a knee injury and some chronic health issues. Dr Armstrong was amazing with her, my normally shivery little pap was so relaxed!! Highly recommend
