Indian Lake Golf Course

After a long game of golf I like to go into the club house for a drink and a meal. This is often not an option and happens a lot. Indian Lake needs to learn how to prioritize the people who pay money to golf there or build a club house that doesnt double as a fully booked restaurant.

The course was fine, but the customer service in the clubhouse was lacking. Their demeanour was unwelcoming and we started off on a negative note.

I golf here a lot, and the conditions are consistently ok. Nothing to gush about, but cant complain for a cheaper course. Had a pretty bad experience with the management when I came with my girlfriend and another couple. Both girls were new to golf, and were going to share a set of clubs. We rented carts and were about to start when we were turned away and told we had to rent clubs as sharing was not allowed. The excuse given was that it would slow up the round because we would be running back and forth between bags. In my opinion, that didnt make any sense, especially because we had carts. When you golf, you go to the closest ball first, let the person hit, then onto the next closest ball. It would have been no slower if we were sharing or not sharing. It seemed ridiculous and an absolute cash grab. All the staff seemed dumbfounded that we would be upset too, very weird reaction
