I went here to change my phone plan, and after the sales person removed and replaced the SIM card my phone gave the error, "No SIM card inserted". (It was working just minutes before as evidenced by call history) She had a little difficulty removing the original card, taking a few minutes poking at it with a little pin. We replaced the original SIM card and the error remained. I tried the original card in an older phone and it still worked. Clearly she had damaged the SIM card reader upon removal. However, she said she was unable to fix the situation and suggested I return the following day to speak to the manager. When I did, the manager (Matt) refused to do anything, leaving me with a broken phone and the cost of a new SIM card and cell phone plan which I can't even use now. I would have accepted a replacement phone at no extra cost, a repair, or even a special deal on a new phone. I suggested these things but he simply said his hands were tied.
