        I called Steven on Sept 24th in order to have this company reinforce my dock against the strong north wind in the lake Im on. I left a detailed voicemail on Stevens personal phone as listed on their website. Its now Oct 11th and no word from this company. I ended up completing the repairs and renovations myself. But I did want a professional to look at it, make some suggestions and complete the work. I think in order for a company to be rated as exceptional they should at least return a customers phone call. Regardless of how busy they are. I would rate this companys service as poor and would suggest contacting someone else.
