Williams Beach House

We were supposed to be staying at Williams Beach house this week for our 10th wedding anniversary. A trip to Cape Breton that weve been planning and looking forward to for a year. Given the devastating destruction from hurricane Fiona weve had to cancel. Were still without power ourselves and vacationing in Cape Breton right now just feels wrong especially with officials recommending avoiding non-essential travel to Cape Breton to make clean up efforts easier. We were met with no compassion or understanding from the owners who continued to charge us for the cancellation. We would 100% have made a trip here in the future but after this Im not so sure. Our other accommodations have provided 100% refunds and been amazing in working with us to reschedule at a future time.

This was an excellent place to stay along the Cabot Trail. The rooms were inviting, comfortable, clean, and had all of the amenities we needed. The balcony was beautiful, and had a stunning view. We had the pleasure of eating dinner here, and the four of us had various meals - each of us loved the food, it was amazing!. The breakfast in the morning was served at the time requested, and was also some of the best breakfast we have ever had. Staying upstairs still felt very private, and we had access to the beach. Checkout was smooth, and William and his wife were a pleasure to deal with. Overall, it was a lovely experience and would recommend anyone to stay here, and we would definitely stay here again in the future!
