        I just paid $ 1017.06 for an $88 dollar blower wheel for my heat pump . I was charged not only for labour but for mileage for their person to come to my home. The first time they came to my house they charged my $230 for them to tell me what the issue was . This took them 25 mins. Plus mileage. Then I was charged $ 345 for an hour and 20 mins of installation when the part arrived. At no time was I advised these additional charges would be charged to me. I was completely taken advantage of. And when I questioned the owner , he told me it was Industry standard and I was lucky they fixed my heat pump because they didnt install it. It seems like everyone is trying to rip everyone off.
