Had Maclarens out to provide an estimate for heat pumps, they were very knowledgeable about the various options, and recommended what would work best for my home and finances. The installation came much sooner than anticipated, which was a welcome surprise. Overall, I was very happy with Maclarens and will use them again for any home appliance needs.

We had a 4 year old heat pump that we had purchased from a non HVAC certified company and it stopped working. We had a very hard time finding someone who would service it however when we called Maclarens they came right away. After 5 trips to our cottage, ordering several different parts and installing them it was not repairable. You can imagine I was getting very concerned about the bill and the next steps to take . I called the office and spoke to Ryan and we discussed that our heat pump was probably not worth putting anymore money in to and why. We discussed buying a new one and we settled in their top of the line Mitsubishi model. They came very quickly to remove the old one and install they new one. When we received our bill the portion for repair of the old one was more than reasonable as was the cost of the new one We are more then pleased with their honest and open communication and the price that we received. They have serviced other appliances for us and we have always received 5 star service Thank you to Ryan and your team
