Absolutely disgusting customer service. Does not deliver when they say, and no 2 reps give the same information. Disorganized and rude. Never ever again! Prices higher than everyone in the area. Don't waste your time and money!

I will never recommend Bluewave Energy to anyone for the following reasons.. 1. The posted office hours are guidelines. Sometimes they just don't open the phone line, even for full days. 2. Sometimes they just don't show up when they say they will. I needed a fill up within a two week period. Was told no problem someone will even be there within the week. Well 13 days pass, no one showed up. Gave a phone call and they said sorry someone will be there today. 4pm comes, still no one, called and was told they were still going to show up. Didn't show up. The next day the phone line never opened, big surprise.. It took another 3 days for them to come by. 3. They filled my tank, then sent a bill due in 30 days. However, without notice, they requested the full bill from my bank 8 days later! Didn't have the money so it went returned NSF. I called, again in the phone line was down for the first few hours. Initially the person wasn't willing to help at all. But in the end we finally set up a payment arrangement. Half soon, half later. Things should be good. Paid the first half a couple days later. The last half was scheduled to send 15 days later. However only 5 days later they requested it from my bank AGAIN!! This is after I already made arrangements. Another NSF fee !!! Not happy. I will never use them again, and will discourage anyone to do business them in the future.
