I sat in emergency for 5.5 hours with a severely broken finger, received no pain medication and had to leave and go to another hospital.

Can be long wait times. One specific emergency doctor kept obsessing about telling me to quit smoking over anything else when I was in for Emerg gallbladder surgery but the nurses are absolutely great in the women and children's wing (due to covid and full floors that's where I was prior to surgery)

The past 4 times Ive been there, I was told there was nothing we can do even though I wasnt administered any testing, and returned within 24 hours to try again and again. I left crying every time. Go to the Wolfville health clinic if you want to be taken seriously.
