I'm only giving three because this seems to reflect the firm as a whole, not an individual, otherwise it would be lower. My lawyer seemed more interested in not rocking the boat and all but reused to. Up until this point my lawyer has simply agreed to the opposing party regardless of my feelings or wishes threating that I will lose if I try to defend myself or present any argument. I called today to inform them of my plan to submit my evidence to the courts in my upcoming case and asked that they would back my play, instead they got upset and suggested we should part ways. Good riddance, I don't want my oppositions "Yes man" on my team.

After receiving my retainer, completely stopped doing any work and didn't move my matter forward in probate despite being given repeated instruction and eventually just decided he didn't want to do it anymore and convinced me to just quit while the probate is incomplete after 2 years. Would reply to emails saying whatever he had to in order for me to leave him alone and then proceed to do nothing. Still charged me 2500 dollars.
