Annapolis Valley Air Management was friendly, quick, and very communicative. They called me a few days after scheduling the work to be done and said they had finished another job early and fit me in a few day later. The crew was friendly, professional, and left the place cleaner than when they had arrived. Additionally, Deenie helped ensure that all my rebate applications were filled out correctly, which I appreciated. Highly recommend!

I called in the summer to diagnose a non-cooling heat pump. Reception was helpful and accommodating. Pricing was up front and transparent for the most part. I knew the minimum labour charge would be for 1 hour when scheduling the service call. However, I was very disappointed when the technician showed up and did 7min worth of work to tell me the compressor was leaking refrigerant. They told me they needed to come back to find the leak. Zero attempt was made to further investigate the source of the leak. I ended up paying $220+for someone to tell me there was no refrigerant in the compressor which I had already suspected. I subsequently found another company in the region who was much more transparent and up front with service expectations. Not planning on using AVAM again.
