Last ReSort

My Mom, who is a senior, recently downsized from a very large home after my Dad passed away and she was completely overwhelmed. I live in Western Canada and was not able to travel to help her with the physical move or the unpacking process in her new home. I called Last Resort (as a last resort) to help my Mom unpack her new home and they were truly amazing and worth every penny!!! They helped my Mom unpack boxes, organize her kitchen, help with furniture placement, lifted heavy items for her, organize the garage, hang pictures, etc. Laura was so friendly from the very first phone call and they were able to schedule my Mom within 2 days. I hired them for 12 hours of service and my Mom loved this team of ladies! She was able to unpack her home so much faster with their help and expertise. I highly recommend Last Resort! I don't know what we would have done without them! We are truly grateful for their services, attention to detail and friendliness!!!

These ladies are the most organized trio with an eye to making your home feel calmer and more settled. I would highly recommend them for anyone who needs a little extra help getting organized, decluttering or staging.

I hired YLR to sort, purge and stage my home before listing it to sell. Laura, Jennifer and Raina were confident, efficient and professional to work with. They were very thoughtful in their approach to sensitive possessions while encouraging a lighthearted approach to the task at hand. I have a concussion, Jennifer in particular was very aware of my issues and limitations. I can't recommend these ladies enough! If you need assistance, these are the gals to call!

I highly recommend YLR! I have a nice house, but it since we moved in a little over a year ago, it has never really felt like a HOME. I had no idea where to hang things or how to arrange the furniture so that it looked right. THE YLR team came in and - WOW! What a difference! My living room is now a space I can be proud of when I invite people over! And my bedroom now feels like a classy adult space instead of just a beige box. All with my own belongings. I never knew I had such great stuff until this team showed me how to display and arrange it properly. And to top that off, they helped me clear out the clutter that had been accumulating in dark corners and put into place systems to keep things organized. It's now several months later and things are still tidy, organized and looking fantastic!
