Very displeased with our (very expensive) mediation services. It started out nice and smooth, but as soon as a conflict arose, our retainer was magically all gone, and Marion dropped us like a hot potato. Told us to seek independent legal council and didn't respond to our emails.

Marion provided consult services related to tenant occupancy and mediation support throughout the duration of the issues. She gave insight and expert advice to help resolve the matter without any additional costs or bad faith actions taken by the landlord. I could recommend her with matters wi thin her expertise and hope that youd consider her as a first option when requiring a legal endevour.

Marion may be very helpful with wills and real estate paperwork but she was Terrible with divorce. If you have to FIGHT for anything, she is not up for it. She belittled me, called my husband down and showed up to mediation with no paperwork... she needed to use mine. Very unprofessional. I was happier to be rid of her than my ex husband.

Went to Marion for out of province real estate documents. She is very knowledgeable and more than fair highly recommended!
