        As a first time home buyer, This is the worst experience I've had regarding a mortgage specialist. I called dozens of times over the course of a month and I could never reach Chris. I left countless messages that were never returned. My last call was left on hold for 2 1/2 hours. Do yourself a favour and find someone more professional.
